Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by the Together team to answer common privacy questions about the app.
What we collect
The account email and password you provide, the household details you enter during onboarding (parent names, roles, baby names, birth dates), your in-app activity such as completed support actions and check-ins, and subscription status returned by our payment processor.
How your data is stored
Household data is stored in our managed database with row-level access rules, so records are readable only by the signed-in members of that household. Traffic between your device and Together is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Payments
Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on Together’s servers.
Your choices
You can edit or remove household and baby details at any time from Settings, cancel a subscription from the Premium screen, and request account deletion by emailing support@fourthtrimestertogether.com.
What we do not claim
Together is not a healthcare provider and is not HIPAA certified. No online service can promise perfect security; we describe only the protections we actually have in place.
